Foundation Awards $15,000 to Elementary LU Project

This week the WR Community Education Foundation gathered with the LU CLUB at Turbotville Elementary School and gifted THE LU PROJECT with $15,000 to help fund the interactive playground for the opening of the new Warrior Run Elementary School.

LU is groundbreaking physical education technology involving movement, teamwork, and interactive games in various content subjects. Essentially it is the academic matching up with physical education outcomes. Students and teachers are excited for the possibilities. P.E. class? You will want to be in school for the LU that day!
