This week marks the beginning of the 2024-25 school year for Warrior Run students and staff.

Here WRCEF board member, WR graduate and retired WR teacher Carl Bower speaks to the WR faculty on their opening staff day this week. Highlighting the appreciation of the WRCEF board for the work of WR educators, Bower thanked the district for their support of the Foundation. Because of financial gifts to the WRCEF, funds awarded to faculty for classroom innovation in 2023-24 totaled almost $40,000 over 2 grant periods.
The Engraved Brick Project Continues! 90 bricks were placed by the WR Building and Grounds crew in the entryway to the Field House this summer. More bricks will be placed in the 2nd phase during summer 2025. To order either size, click below.
Your brick order grows available funds for the foundation to support the WRSD through innovation grants, youth in philanthropy sponsorship, teacher recognition, and special projects.

Donor contributions to the Foundation enabled partial funding for four students to attend the Josten’s Renaissance Global Conference in Orlando this summer.
This is just one example of how the Warrior Run Community Education Foundation supported leadership growth for WRHS students this year.

Hundreds of WR graduates are not yet aware of the impactful work of the Warrior Run Community Education Foundation! If you are an alumni of Warrior Run, please share your class contact list with the Foundation at [email protected].
