Wayne Fausnaught, WR Class of ’63
“My professional career in public education included 38 years as a teacher, counselor, school administrator, counseling at the collegiate level and leadership of a national organization. I believe it is important to serve others so I’ve been active through local and national groups, church, and mission trips to deprived areas in the U.S. and beyond.”

“I feel the Warrior Run First Century Fund provides an excellent opportunity to give back to my roots. In addition to an excellent education. I have many fond memories of my extra-curricular activities including athletics, band and musicals.
Recently, I visited the school campus for the first time in over 30 years. Having played in the very first football game on the old field, the new athletic complex, stadium and turf field are impressive. The new school and additions to the campus are excellent examples of the importance of the First Century Fund and its contribution to the education of youth in the Warrior Run School District.”
Brian Vargo, WR Class of ’87
“I’m the owner of Vargo Outdoors, Inc, a manufacturing company that specializes in ultralight hiking and backpacking equipment. For the last 20 years I’ve been designing and developing a line of outdoor gear sold by retailers and distributors in the US and internationally. I'm an avid outdoorsman and can often be found trail running, biking, backpacking and most recently, training for a half ironman.”

“I donated to the First Century Fund because I have seen firsthand the passion and dedication by Warrior Run’s staff toward improving the lives of our students. I was fortunate to have seen the new elementary school on Warrior Run's campus and am happy to contribute to this modern facility with the goal of providing opportunity to future generations.”
