As Warrior Run students and staff begin the 2026–27 school year, the Warrior Run Community Education Foundation is celebrating what donor support has already made possible — and looking ahead to another year of investing in opportunities for our students.
While students were enjoying summer break, WRCEF dollars were already at work preparing for the year ahead. With the help of Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) funds provided by Journey Bank and FNB, WRCEF funded:
$7,344 — Monitors for the new CAD LAB 🖥️ New monitors will support students working with computer-aided design in the new H.S. CAD LAB open this fall, keeping technology current for WR students. 🖥️
$14,023 — State-of-the-Art Equipment for the new Metal Shop ⚙️ New welders and a plasma cutter will expand hands-on learning opportunities for students in the Metal Shop.⚙️
$1,300 — Keystone Algebra Staff Workshop 🧮 Professional learning for Warrior Run educators focused on strengthening Algebra instruction and student success. 🧮
